The MICHELIN Guide Singapore marked its 10th edition this year, awarding stars to 45 restaurants out of 307 establishments in the full selection: 3 with Three Stars, 9 with Two Stars and 33 with One Star.

Seroja was promoted to Two MICHELIN Stars, with chef-owner Kevin Wong's menus paying tribute to the Malay Archipelago through local produce, regional spices and traditional techniques.

Six new one-star restaurants

Cherry Garden by Chef Fei, Jin Ting Wan, Sushi Kimura Plus, Tenshima, Yong Fu and Loca Niru all joined the One-Star ranks for the first time this year.

The 10th edition also honoured 12 restaurants that have held a star in every Singapore selection since the guide launched in 2016, including Candlenut, Les Amis, Odette and Waku Ghin.
