National water agency PUB has awarded Sembcorp Solar Singapore a tender to build a floating solar system of about 86MWp on Pandan Reservoir.

It will be Sembcorp's third floating solar project in Singapore, after the 60MWp Tengeh Reservoir farm completed in 2021. In April 2025 the company also signed a 25-year agreement with Meta for a 150MWp floating solar farm on Kranji Reservoir.

Sembcorp operates more than 1GWp of solar capacity and 300MWh of energy storage in Singapore.
